Step 2 - Once you have completed all the info for this entry hit the "Submit Entry" button. This will submit your entry and give you the opportunity to print your Bottle ID forms. Cut out the ID forms and place one on each entry bottle with a RUBBER BAND. Do not use Tape!!!



Step 3 - If you have additional entries, repeat Step 1 and Step 2 until you have all your entries entered.

Step 4 - Please use the Paypal buttons below to pay for your entries elecronically, or you may make a check payable to SAAZ for $6.00 per entry ($5.00 for Rocket Fuel entries). Please make sure you attach it to one of your entry bottles using the same rubber band as the bottle ID.
