Step 2 - Once you have completed all the info for this entry hit the "Submit Entry" button. This will submit your entry and give you the opportunity to print your Bottle ID forms. Cut out the ID forms and place one on each entry bottle with a RUBBER BAND. Do not use Tape!!!



Step 3 - If you have additional entries, repeat Step 1 and Step 2 until you have all your entries entered.
Step 4 - Make out a check payable to per entry (or $5.00 if you have more than than 5). Please make sure you attach it to one of your entry bottles using the same rubber band as the bottle ID. If you would prefer, you can pay online using PayPal. Complete all of your entries above, then click the Pay using PayPal button to submit a payment for all of your entries at one time.
